Included
- Waiting at the airportWaiting time at the airport is included, up to 45 minutes after landing. Anything beyond 45 minutes is charged at an additional rate. Airport parking is charged at the applicable rate, around £20 per hour, and congestion charges apply.
- Flight monitoringYour chauffeur monitors flight information to meet you on time, even if your flight is early or delayed.
- Meet inside the Arrivals HallYour name is displayed on a board at the exit from customs, and you are escorted to your waiting car.
- Chargers and refreshmentsMobile phone chargers in every car, with reading material and light refreshments available if required.
Charged separately
- Changes inside 48 hoursAdditional waiting time and car park charges may be charged if you change the journey or pick-up time within 48 hours of hire.
- Corporate card paymentsAll corporate credit card payments are subject to a 3.9% surcharge.
- Payment termsPayment is due strictly 7 days prior to each journey. For wedding car hire the final payment is due 28 days prior to the event.
- Variations to a bookingExtra mileage, waiting time, parking charges, congestion charge and tolls other than what was agreed at the time of booking are charged in accordance with our pricing.

We use Executive cars regularly as we travel often between the States and Europe which means landing at Heathrow and having to travel elsewhere for a flight out, or we visit our son in London on the trip. They are always there waiting, the trips are comfortable and the drivers always courteous. Recommended.
